Account and data deletion
Texas Sober Home Guide by White Owl Rising
You can ask White Owl Rising to delete your online account and the information associated with it.
How to request deletion
Email whiteowlrisingofficial@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request — Texas Sober Home Guide.” We may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you. Do not send your account password, Toolkit PIN, backup password, or private journal entries.
No mail app? Write to whiteowlrisingofficial@gmail.com from any email service using the subject above.
We aim to respond within 45 days. A request is reviewed manually; clicking the email button does not delete your account.
What the request covers
Your request covers your online account and the account-associated information we hold, including your profile and saved resources. If you used earlier account-saved tools, tell us you also want those account-associated records reviewed for deletion. Tell us if you want a resource submission you made reviewed as well.
Limited records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. Provider backups, email delivery records, and operational logs may remain until their retention periods end. We will explain any applicable limits when handling your request.
Your private Toolkit on this device
Your private Toolkit is stored locally in your browser. Deleting an online account does not erase that Toolkit or copies you shared, exported, or backed up. To remove local Toolkit data, use the Toolkit’s reset controls on the device where you used it. A reset permanently removes that device’s Toolkit data; read the on-screen warning first.
White Owl Rising cannot read or recover your local Toolkit content. If you hold a valid encrypted backup and its password, you can restore it yourself on your device.
Corrections and copies
You can also request a correction or a copy of the cloud information we hold through the same email address. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
